How do I create an account?

Download our app from the App Store or Google Play, then sign in using your Google or Apple account. We use OAuth for secure, passwordless authentication.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in the app settings under "Account" > "Delete Account." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Is my location data private?

Yes. Location data for your catches is private by default. You control what location information, if any, is shared with other users. Your "secret spots" stay secret unless you choose to share them.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three-dot menu on any post and select "Report." Our team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes, you can log catches offline. They'll sync automatically when you reconnect to the internet.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings > "Privacy" > "Export My Data." We'll prepare a downloadable file with all your information.

What should I do if I find a bug?

Please report bugs through the in-app feedback feature or email us at bugs@logicwave.io. Include as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what happened, and your device type.
